Driveway Alarm

A driveway alarm has many uses and can be used in many areas for the safety of your home and your family. A driveway alarm is a device that detects motion in a designated area. A driveway alarm will alert you of an intruder, unwanted guests, a visitor to the house or garage and children or animals that may have wandered to a dangerous area.

Driveway alarms consist of a receiver and a transmitter, detecting the motion and then alerting you of it with loud alarms, chimes or even your own voice. Driveway alarms come with various features and many have the ability to transmit in various ranges. For instance, some driveway alarms can have a detecting range of 100m and a transmitting range of 100yrds.

In addition to intruders a driveway alarm, can be positioned in other areas of the home and can provide alert of a child playing too close to a pool, animals in a garden or company arriving for dinner.
